軸６と同心状に挿入されたＣ形止め輪１６と、 このＣ形止め輪１６の一端をカムギヤ１２に連
結する連結ピン１７と、 上記Ｃ形止め輪１６の他端をシザースギヤ１５
に連結する連結ピン１８とを設け、 上記シザースギヤ１５をカムギヤに対して位相
を異ならせてクランクギヤ１１に噛み合わせてＣ
形止め輪１６の周方向への弾性復元力によりカム
ギヤ１２のクランクギヤ１１に対するバツクラツ
シの発生を防止するように構成したことを特徴と
