CONSTITUTION:When a push plate 9 is lifted, stacked sheets 8C will rise to cause rise of an endless belt 6, and comes in contact with the shaft 2 of a transport roller 1 to be pressed by an appropriate force. The sheets contact a pickup roller 12 to become possible to be paid off. In this condition, a transport system incl. endless belt 6 and transport roller 1 is driven, and the endless belt 6 is moved in the direction of arrow B by the transport roller shaft 2 and its friction force, and rotates in the position not contacting the sheets 8C. Thus the sheets are paid off one by one certainly by the pickup roller 12. Accordingly shift of the endless belt can be made only by friction force with a low cost.
