Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 製紙用の繊維懸濁液が内部に供給され、か
    つ通液用スリツト又は網のあるスクリーンで筒状
    に囲成されたスクリーンドラム１を貯水タンク２
    上に回転可能に設け、該スクリーンドラム１に間
    隔をあけて筒状に囲成された貯液室部３を複数区
    画形成すると共に、これら各貯液室部３に洗浄水
    を供給する給水機構４をそれぞれ設けてドラムに
    形成した排出口１１へ向つて分離固形物を、順次
    繰り返えし洗浄しつつ送出する構成とし、前記ス
    クリーンドラム１から導出する分離液をそれぞれ
    受け入れる前記貯水タンク２の洗浄液を少なくと
    も隣接される貯液室部３を含むスクリーンドラム
    １にリサイクルさせる送液ポンプ５を含む循環経
    路６を備えたことを特徴とする製紙用洗浄装置。 (2) 前記貯水タンク２が、前記貯液室部３のあ
    るスクリーンドラム１ごとに仕切壁１２で複数に
    区画されているものであつて、各仕切壁１２の高
    さをスクリーンドラム１の排出側に向つて漸増さ
    せたオーバーフロー壁としたものである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の洗浄装置。 (3) 前記循環経路６がその少なくとも一つが前
    記スクリーンドラム１の貯液室部３にある給水機
    構４に接続連結されるものであつて濃度的に希薄
    のものをリサイクルされるように配管したもので
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記
    載の洗浄装置。 (4) 前記スクリーンドラム１が、原料入口側か
    ら排出口側に向つて分離固形物を移送するもので
    あつて、前記貯液室部３の貯液を隣設されるスク
    リーンドラム１に送出部材１３を備えているもの
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜３項のいず
    れか一つの項記載の洗浄装置。
