Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a compact device and protect a hydraulic pump by arranging the right and left reduction gear devices between the right and left hydraulic motors and the right and left axles and arranging the hydraulic pump in a recessed part formed between the right and left reduction gear devices. CONSTITUTION:An HST case 10 is arranged at the center of a transmission case, and the swash plate cases 11 and 12 for supporting the swash plates 25 and 27 of the hydraulic motors MR and ML are installed on the both sides. Each half part of the case for housing the reduction gear devices BR and BL is formed from the swash plate cases 11 and 12, and the reduction gear cases 13 and 14 are installed at the outside opened ports of the swash plate cases 11 and 12. A hydraulic pump P is installed onto the side surface of the HST case 10, and the bulged parts of the swash plate cases 11 and 12 and the reduction gear cases 13 and 14 are projected in the direction in which the hydraulic pump P is arranged.
