タポート側の圧力作用で移動するピストンの押圧
力で、上記チエツクポペツトを開弁する構成にし
たオペレートチエツク装置において、上記チエツ
クポペツトの外周とスリーブとの両者が相まつて
可変オリフイスを形成するとともに、この可変オ
リフイスの開度がチエツクポペツトの開度に比例
