した流体圧回路の回路図、第3図は従来のパイロ
ツトチエツク弁を使用した流体圧回路の回路図で
ある。
1aは弁本体、1bは流入ポート、1cは流出
ポート、1eは弁体、1gはパイロツトポート、
1hはパイロツト弁、9はリミツトスイツチ。

Claims (1)
出ポート1cの間に、流入ポート1bより流出ポ
ート1cへの流れを許容し、逆方向の流れを阻止
する弁体1eを設けると共に、上記弁体をパイロ
ツトポート1gへ供給したパイロツト圧により開
放できるようにしたパイロツトチエツク弁におい
て、上記弁本体1aに、該弁本体1a内に設けら
れたパイロツト弁1hにより作動されるリミツト
スイツチ9を設けて、このリミツトスイツチ9か
らの信号により上記弁体1eの動作を確認するよ
