CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic obtained by blending 0.5-90wt.% scaly stainless steel powder having the surface preferably coated with a hydrophobizing agent, organic pigment and/or inorganic pigment according to the purpose and having 1-200mu particle diameter and preferably 10-300, especially 60-200 aspect ratio as an essential ingredient in a cosmetic, such as foundation, eye shadow, rouge, lipstick or nail enamel.
