Abstract

PURPOSE:To cheaply form a high picture quality TV system by re-sampling a restored analog input TV signal for a prescribed period so as to enter a prescribed unit length without a time base error. CONSTITUTION:By a time base error detecting clearing generating part 13, first, only a horizontal synchronizing signal is extracted from an input signal, and an extracted horizontal synchronizing signal is made to be discrete on the time base in accordance with a clock pulse. From an adding control part 15, an (n) number of variables to change for a clock pulse in accordance with a sample (m) to be outputted from this time is outputted toward a linear adder part 16. By the linear adder part 16, the (n) number of the variables obtained from the adding control part 15 for respective output samples are corresponded respectively to the (n) number of all samples on a main memory 4 and the weighted linear load means values is obtained. When a sample value fn for Ts is given, an original analog signal f(t) can be synthesized by a sampling relation.
