本考案は自動車座席の固定装置、詳しくはシー
トバツクをシートクツシヨン上に折畳みシートク
ツシヨンの前脚を回転中心としてシートクツシヨ
ンと共にシートバツクを前方に回転させて起立固
定させ、座席の設置場所を荷室に利用できるよう
にした自動車座席の固定装置の改良に関するもの

線に示すようにシートバツクＡをシートクツシヨ
ンＢと共に、シートクツシヨンＢの前脚B1を回
転中心に前方に回転させて起立させ固定してい
た。従つてシートバツクＡのフツク１１をブラケ
ツト１２に掛止する際に、前席のシートバツク
A′と起立状態のシートバツクＡとの間に手を差
し入れなければならないため、固定の操作性が非
常に悪いし、また、座席としての使用状態におい

置よりややシートクツシヨンの前脚部側に係合溝
を上向きに設けたものである。従つてシートバツ
クをシートクツシヨン方向に押圧することによ
り、ロツク片の係合溝に係止ピンが係合しロツク
される。そしてロツク状態においてはシートクツ
シヨン及びシートバツクの反発弾性によつて係止
ピンがロツク片の係合溝から、脱出することがな

に示すようにシートバツクＡと共にシートクツシ
ヨンＢが、シートクツシヨンＢを設置した車床イ

また、係止ピンはシートバツクの側面である車体
側壁面側に突設してあるので、座席としての使用
状態において邪摩にならないし、外部から視覚さ
