When an intermediate frequency signal is frequency- converted, a distortion is generated. The high frequency signal having the distortion component is mixed with the high frequency signal obtained at the output hybrid circuit 39 by a diode 33. Thus, by a high frequency output amplifier, the distortion generated at the time of an amplification is eliminated and, as a result, the high frequency signal with few distortion can be sent.
