CONSTITUTION:The signal level of a generating signal, divided into two and supplied by an output hybrid circuit 39, is reduced below a prescribed level by an attenuator 38 and supplied to a diode 37, and the diode 37 is operated in a nonlinear area. When an intermediate frequency signal is frequency- converted, a distortion is generated. The high frequency signal having the distortion component is mixed with the high frequency signal obtained at the output hybrid circuit 39 by a diode 33. Thus, by a high frequency output amplifier, the distortion generated at the time of an amplification is eliminated and, as a result, the high frequency signal with few distortion can be sent.
