Abstract

PURPOSE:To reliably prevent the generation of clearance and crack by forming an electrical heating wire embedding portion of a swirl chamber body from a ceramic molding material formed by mixing partially stabilized zirconia and a sintering auxiliary with silicon nitride. CONSTITUTION:Electrical heating wires 7 formed of tungsten are embedded in a swirl chamber body 3 so as to heat the inside thereof. An electrical heating wire embedding portion 6 of the swirl chamber body 3 is formed by an atmospheric sintering process where a ceramic molding material formed by mixing 10-20wt.% of partially stabilized zirconia and a predetermined amount of sintering auxiliary with silicon nitride is sintered. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the generation of clearance around the tungsten wires and the generation of crack in the tungsten wire embedding portion.
