Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a solid and stable product by forming a recessed part on a substrate while holding a lead wire on it and by filling a metallic oxide inside the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A groove 11, a recessed part 20, a hole 50 for electrode terminal and a hole 40 for anchoring bolt are installed on a substrate 1 made of a heat-resisting insulating material such as ceramics. Both end parts of one lead wire 3 are stretched in the groove 11 by inserting their end parts from the side of the end part of the substrate 1 to the side of the hole 50 at an initial end part of the groove 11 and are adhered temporarily with adhesives 31. A metallic oxide is then filled in the concave part 20. By this filling, the lead wire 3 in the recessed part 20 is fixed, so it is embedded at a prescribed position. The substrate 1 to which the lead wire 3 was fixed and the metallic oxide was filled is sintered within a prescribed heat treating furnace.
