Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a dispenser having high reliability at a low cost by using a mechanism capable of supplying a liquid to a dispensing container when a storage tank of the liquid is heated and sucking up the liquid from an overflow tank when the liquid in the storage tank is cooled. CONSTITUTION: When a liquid storage tank 101 is heated, the liquid in the storage tank 101 is supplied to a dispensing container 41, and when the liquid in the container 41 reaches a prescribed level, the liquid overflows through an outlet into an overflow tank 52. Also, when the liquid in the storage tank 101 is cooled, the liquid is sucked up from the overflow tank 52 and returned to the storage tank 101. For example, at the time of using the sealed storage tank 101 in a fixing device thereby allowing an air space to always exist above the liquid in the storage tank 101, a stripping oil can be supplied to the dispensing container 41 at every time the fixing device is heated, and when the fixing device is cooled, the stripping oil is sucked up from the overflow tank 52 and returned to the storage tank 101.
