Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately diagnose corresponding to various water cooler/heater by deciding a normal or abnormal state of a plurality of judging elements such as refrigerating ability from temperature information of a predetermined position of a piping system for connecting a constituent element of the generator and the respective elements.
