Abstract

Accordingly, since an aberration of a light beam 13B caused by the deflection is corrected by the lens surface of the end face, it becomes unnecessary to provide a focusing lens between an optical waveguide element 10 and the photosensitive body 23, the device can be made miniature and light in weight, and the cost can be reduced.
