Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute stranding which does not cause unfastening or twist return of an element wire by installing a pre-form device comprised of plural pre-form roll retainers capable of fixing after shifting in the longitudinal direction and circumferential direction of a strand. CONSTITUTION:Element wires collected in a collecting plate 1 as a circular element strand 11 is formed into a deformed element wire 12 by a formation roll 2 installed at a the plate 1 and supplied to a pre-form device 3.
