壁12上に遊水部3を原水流入路2に接続せしめ
て配設し、該遊水部3の底の所要位置に、水槽1
の側壁13の上部分で前記開口部9の水平位置よ
りは下方で前記流入路5の開口部15よりは上方
に開口する連絡管4を設け、且つ該連結管4に近
い位置で遊水部3に浮遊ゴミ除去手段6を設けた
ことを特徴とする流水中のゴミ、ヘドロ、土砂の
分離装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の流
水中のゴミ、ヘドロ、土砕の分離装置に於て、前
記原水流入路2からの流入管5の開口部15の有
効断面積Aは、浮遊部3からの連絡管4の開口部
14の有効断面積Bに対しA>3Bであることを
