Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve molding efficiency by making taking-out of a product quickly, by a method wherein a taking-out chuck is moved by following a movement of a movable mold at the time of mold break, almost simultaneously with pushing out of the product from the movable mold a taking-out chuck holds the product, moved backward to a shunting position where the produce does not interfere with a molding mold and mold clamping is performed. CONSTITUTION:At the time of performance of mold break, a taking-out chuck 9 is moved by following a movement of a movable mold 5 and at the time of completion of mold break, the taking-out chuck 9 is situated at a position of P19 by facing on the movable mold 5. Meantime, though a locus of a movement of the taking-out chuck can be set up arbitrarily as occasion demands, the taking-out chuck 9 is moved by following the movable mold 5 synchronously with the movable mold 5 at least to a moving direction of the movable mold 5. After completion of the mold break, the taking-out chuck 9 holds the product 15 and the taking-out chuck 9 is moved to a position of P20 at a high speed. The position P20 is a position where the taking-out chuck 9 and product 15 do not interfere the movable mold 5 and movable die plate 2, and the movement is performed within the shortest distance. Therefore, simultaneously with the completion of the mold break the taking-out of the product is performed and mold clamping can be performed.
