Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a change with time in a frictional coefficient between all ultrasonic vibrator and a moving body and applied pressure by fixing a friction material, in which the air gaps of a porous plastic material are impregnated with a lubricant, onto the pressure contact surfaces of the ultrasonic vibrator and the moving body. CONSTITUTION:A friction material 4 is fastened to at least one of the pressure contact surfaces of an ultrasonic vibrator 2 and a moving body 3. The friction material 4 is formed by impregnating the air gaps of a porous plastic material with a lubricating oil. The composite plastics of abrasion-resistant fillers and a resin may be used as the porous plastic material and a liquefied lubricant or a powdered lubricant may be employed as the lubricant. Accordingly, the lubricant is mixed into abrasion powder even when a motor is used for a prolonged term, thus preventing adhesion onto the vibrator and the moving body, then obviating the variation of performance due to a change with time.
