CONSTITUTION:A lubricant layer where fine powder of a fluororesin having lubricity such as resin of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, or trichlorofluoroethylene is dispersed in a rubber-like resin such as polyurethane resin, polybutadiene, butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, butadiene-styrene copolymer, or chloroprene, is provided on the opposite face of a base material which has a magnetic layer on one side.
