Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve measurement with a high sensitivity being highly adaptable to a wide ranging measuring object from a low to high mol. wt. substance, by measuring a specified component in a fluid sample using a substance B specifically bonded to a specified component A or an analogous element thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Substance C bonded specifically to a substance B, but not to a specified component A, and a substance E which is bonded specifically to a label substance D while causing a signal to be modulated as attributed to the label substance D by bonding are used. A bond 1 of the specified component A and the label substance D and that 2 of the substance B and a substance F are bonded together specifically at portions of the specified component A and the substance B to form a complex I, which is further bonded specifically to the substance C at the portion of the substance F therein I to form a complex II. The free bonded matter 1 is bonded easily to the substance E to modulate a signal of the label substance D. Thus, a relationship is previously determined between the density of the specified components in a fluid sample and a signal intensity of the label substance D as a whole, thereby enabling the learning of the density of the specified component A in an unknown liquid sample.
