Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a braking distance by controllably reducing brake liquid pressure for both front wheels in locking one of two front wheels, while reducing brake liquid pressure for left (right) rear wheel in locking the left (right) rear wheel. CONSTITUTION:The above-captioned device is provided with an anti-skid control circuit 18 for controlling respective actuators of total three anti-skid controlling means for left and right rear wheels and two front wheels. Then, said circuit 18 is constituted from brake liquid pressure control means 18a, 18b for reducing brake liquid pressure of left and right rear wheels when the left and right rear wheels are apt to be locked and a brake liquid pressure control means 18c for reducing brake liquid pressure of both two front wheels when at least one of two front wheels are apt to be locked. Also, the respective control means 18a-18c are provided in common with a pseudo-vehicle speed generating circuit 27, OR gate 29, retriggerable timer 30, etc.
