Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an abnormal positive error when a reaction container is used repeatedly, by constituting the reaction container of hard glass and mounting a treated surface preventing the exposure of the phase splitting layer of the auxiliary components of hard glass to the inner surface of said container. CONSTITUTION:The single surface of the hard glass plate 101 as the material of a reaction container is uniformly polished from the uppermost surface thereof up to the depth of 10mum to remove the phase splitting layer of the auxiliary components of the glass plate. A polishing member to be used is prepared by mounting a polyurethane nonwoven fabric 103 having a thickness of 1mm to a rod-shaped member 102. The polished glass plate 101 is cut into side plates 104, 105 and a bottom plate 106 having dimensions due to be formed into a reaction container. These plates are obtically bonded at heating temp. generating no phase splitting of auxiliary components to obtain the reaction container generating no phase splitting of the auxiliary components. Or, by forming a silicon dioxide film to the inner surface of the container without performing polishing, the exposure of the phase splitting of the auxiliary components may be prevented.
