Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円柱状の軸と、該軸を取り囲む中空円筒状の
    ハウジングと、ハウジングの両端部又はハウジン
    グの両端部に対向する軸の対向部に一体に取り付
    けられた半径方向に延在するフランジとを含み、
    軸方向に離れた一対のフランジの間であつてハウ
    ジング内側表面と軸外径表面との間の近接した半
    径方向隙間に存在する流体の発生する圧力がラジ
    アル荷重を支持し、前記フランジの内側表面に設
    けたスラスト軸受面とスラスト軸受面に対向する
    ハウジング又は軸に設けたスラスト受面との近接
    した軸方向隙間に存在する流体の発生する圧力が
    スラスト荷重を支持する流体軸受装置において、
    一対の軸方向隙間のうちの少なくとも一方の軸方
    向隙間は内周部が外周部よりも狭いことを特徴と
    する流体軸受装置。 ２ スラスト受面をテーパ状に形成した実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流体軸受装置。 ３ スラスト受面の内周部にスラスト軸受面の方
