Abstract

PURPOSE:To form strong and reliable monitoring windows of an electrolytic solution condition by burrying holes penetrating through a side wall formed on a storage tank by a secondary forming process using light transmissive olefin resin which is the same material with that of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 and a cover 5 are formed with olefin resin by injection molding, while a bore 8 penetrating through a side wall 2 of the tank is formed thereon. Next, metal molds 11, 12 are opposed to each other between the side walls 2, cavities 14 are formed serving to locate the bore 8 inside while surrounding a peripheral wall 13 for defining the bore 8. Light transmissive olefin resin is injected in the cavities 14, and after the resin filled in the bore 8 by a secondary forming process is hardened, the molds 11, 12 are separated, and then solution surface display windows are integrately formed so as to close the window 8.
