Claims (1)
- 概同一平面上に発光素子および受光素子を配置
した樹脂封止型のホトカプラにおいて、前記各素
子を搭載したインナリードフレームを、概中央部
に切抜き部を設けた絶縁フイルムにて連結し、前
記各素子、インナリードフレームおよび絶縁フイ
ルムを透光性樹脂により被覆して光経路を形成し
、さらに遮光性樹脂にて封止したことを特徴とす
るホトカプラ。
