Claims (1)
- 複数の発光素子及び受光素子対を備え、各素子
対ごとに透明樹脂で光路を形成し全体を遮光性樹
脂で被覆してなる光結合素子において、前記各光
路間に、光路を形成する透明樹脂の流れ止め部を
設けたことを特徴とする光結合素子。
