に関するものである。
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an evacuation and rescue system for use in super high-rise buildings, particularly office buildings, having several tens of floors or more, for example, about 100 floors.

In high-rise buildings, evacuation and rescue in the event of a fire poses problems. In other words, in the case of normal elevator equipment installed in high-rise buildings, each floor is connected by an elevator shaft, and in the event of a fire, the elevator cannot be used because fire and smoke would most easily penetrate. Therefore, it has been proposed to provide a hoistway and an elevator with entrances and exits on the top floor and the ground floor separately from the normal elevator, but this makes it difficult to ensure safety.

In addition, the sky lobby is a place where a large number of people can easily gather from the floors adjacent to the sky lobby in the event of an emergency such as a fire. In this invention, an evacuation floor 1 is provided directly above or below a sky lobby 4 provided on a required floor of a building so that a particularly large number of people can gather. Evacuation floor 1 is configured so that the entire floor faces directly to the outside air without walls or other partitions, in other words, it is exposed to the outside air without partitions such as walls, and people can immediately gather to evacuation floor 1 using the hallway and emergency stairs. shall be kept as follows. The evacuation floor 1 is separated from other floors by fire prevention and is equipped with disaster prevention equipment to make it a safe floor. The evacuation floor 1 is separated from other floors by a special elevator shaft 5 that is configured to completely prevent the infiltration of fire and smoke. The express elevator 3 is made to stop. The inside of the elevator 3 is divided into upper and lower layers to make it possible to transport a large number of people at the same time from the evacuation floor 1.

This invention consists of the above-mentioned structure, and by providing an evacuation floor directly above or below a sky lobby provided on a required floor of a skyscraper, personnel temporarily accommodated on the evacuation floor are prevented from infiltrating fire and smoke. Pistons were safely transported to the ground floor using an express elevator that ran through a dedicated elevator shaft, and evacuation and rescue operations were carried out.

In addition, the evacuation floor is fully equipped with fire prevention compartments and fire prevention equipment, and is arranged so as to face the outside air directly, making it possible to escape to the outside. Therefore, since it is fully equipped with various evacuation and rescue equipment, it is possible to prevent personnel in the building from concentrating on the emergency stairs and causing confusion, and to prevent people with disabilities who cannot use the stairs. It is also effective for rescue.
