In a high-rise building composed of two stairs, which are parallel to each other, are arranged in a cross shape in a vertical plane, and on the plane, the periphery of each staircase is surrounded by a partition wall and housed in one stair room. In the partition wall of the staircase, there is an entrance / exit that faces the corridors on both sides of the staircase facing each other, and also serves as an evacuation exit, and as a multi-story wall extending between the cross stairs to the upper and lower floors. The staircase slab is constructed as a precast concrete structure while it is divided by the constructed fireproof partition wall.
