従来の単なる赤外線加熱方式に比し優れ、また遠
赤外線は加熱室の内壁や空気を加熱しないで無駄
な熱エネルギーの散逸消費が少なく、特に夏季に
おける作業も快適である等、品質の良い板付蒲鉾
を簡易かつ能率良く製造できる優れた特徴を有す
る。
