Claims (1)
処理材料の熱処理を行うための熱処理炉であつて
、熱処理炉１の内部に外筒２および内筒３からな
る二重筒構造の小室４を付設して外筒２と内筒３
との間の空間および内筒３の内部空間によりガス
流路５を形成すると共に、外筒２には原料ガス供
給口６を設け、内筒３には外筒２との連通口７と
熱分解ガスを熱処理炉１の内部空間に導出するた
めの熱分解ガス導出口８とを設け、さらに内筒３
の内側空間には加熱手段９を配設したことを特徴
とする熱処理炉。 ２ 小室４が熱処理炉１の外壁１０を貫通して炉
