Claims (1)
処理材料の熱処理を行うための熱処理炉であつて
、熱処理炉1の内部に外筒2および内筒3からな
る二重筒構造の小室4を付設して外筒2と内筒3
との間の空間および内筒3の内部空間によりガス
流路5を形成すると共に、外筒2には原料ガス供
給口6を設け、内筒3には外筒2との連通口7と
熱分解ガスを熱処理炉1の内部空間に導出するた
めの熱分解ガス導出口8とを設け、さらに内筒3
の内側空間には加熱手段9を配設したことを特徴
とする熱処理炉。 2 小室4が熱処理炉1の外壁10を貫通して炉

A gas flow path 5 is formed by the space between and the inner space of the inner cylinder 3, and the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a raw material gas supply port 6, and the inner cylinder 3 is provided with a communication port 7 with the outer cylinder 2 and a heat exchanger. A pyrolysis gas outlet 8 is provided for introducing the decomposition gas into the internal space of the heat treatment furnace 1, and an inner cylinder 3 is provided.
A heat treatment furnace characterized in that a heating means 9 is disposed in the inner space of the furnace. 2.
