以上にまで加熱し気化させた後、この原料ガスを
反応容器内に供給して光フアイバ母材を製造する
装置において、上記加熱容器の上流側に設けられ
ると共に上記液体原料の流量を調節するための流
量調節器と、上記加熱容器の下流側に設けられる
と共に上記原料ガスの流量を検出するための流量
計と、該流量計にて検出された上記原料ガスの流
量に基づいて上記加熱容器内の液体原料の量が一
定となるように上記流量調節器による上記液体原
料の流量を制御する制御部とを備えたことを特徴
