Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniform film thickness size by making the pressure application part of a pressure application plate uneven. CONSTITUTION:When a pressing force 7 for pressing a piezoelectric element 3 against a glass medium 1 across an elastic sheet 4 by the pressure application plate 15 having an uneven part is applied to the pressure application plate 15 from a pressure shaft 8, the elastic sheet 4 is to deform along the uneven part to parts where the external force is weak. At this time, the dispersed force is balanced shortly because the uneven part has constant pitch, and consequently the piezoelectric element 3 is pressed against the glass medium 1 with uniform pressure to form working area approximating to an element shape, so that they are pressed and stuck together.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention provides an ultrasonic delay line using an effective bonding method for bonding a piezoelectric element and a glass medium with uniform pressure in an ultrasonic delay line. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method.

In FIGS. 3 and 4a and 4b, a piezoelectric element 3 is coated with a thermosetting resin 2 in advance on the bonding surface on the glass medium 1.
is set at a predetermined position, and the elastic sheet 4 is placed between it and the pressing plate 5. The pressurizing surface of the presser pressurizing plate 5 is processed to have high flatness and has no unevenness. In this state, an external force acts in the bonding direction from the presser shaft 6 via the presser presser plate 5, and the elastic sheet is then deformed into a shape as shown in FIG. 4a. By heating while maintaining this state, the thermosetting resin spreads thinly between the piezoelectric element and the glass medium under a certain pressure, and after a certain period of time it hardens while maintaining its thickness, resulting in the piezoelectric element 3 and the glass medium 1 are to be bonded together. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the state in which the thermosetting resin 2 is spread on the surface of the piezoelectric element 3.

According to the conventional method described above, the piezoelectric element 3 and the glass medium 1
The thickness of the thermosetting resin 2 interposed between the piezoelectric element 3 and the piezoelectric element 3 is determined by the size of the pressure cuff. A force tries to escape to the periphery, and the pressure per unit area becomes smaller compared to the pressing force near the center. In other words, the film thickness of the thermosetting resin near the center of the piezoelectric element 3 is small, and it becomes thicker near the periphery of the piezoelectric element, making it impossible to achieve a uniform bonded state. If an attempt was made to further increase the pressure to obtain an overall uniform film thickness, there was a drawback that the piezoelectric element 3 and the glass medium 1 would be damaged.

The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and aims to make the film thickness of the thermosetting resin uniform without damaging the piezoelectric element and the glass medium.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention processes and forms unevenness on the pressurizing part of the presser press plate, and partially absorbs or processes the elastic sheet that has been distorted by the pressurizing force. This is how we measure uniformity.

Function: With this configuration, the pressure applied to the piezoelectric element is made uniform, and therefore the film thickness of the thermosetting resin is adjusted.

This will be explained using b. It should be noted that the numbers in FIGS. 1 and 2 are the same as those shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 if they are the same parts. Now, as shown in FIG. 1, when the presser pressure plate 15 having an uneven portion attempts to press the piezoelectric element 3 against the glass medium 1 via the elastic sheet 4, the pressure between the piezoelectric element 3 and the glass medium 1 is It is assumed that the thermosetting resin 2 is applied in advance between the two, and the bonding position is also positioned at a predetermined position. The holding plate 16 is larger than the element width dimension, and its uneven portions are formed at a certain pitch.
ing. The pressure cuff is connected from the presser shaft 6 to the presser presser plate 16.
When the force is transmitted through the external force, the elastic sheet 4 tries to escape from the external force to the lower side along the unevenness as shown in FIG. 2a.

At this time, since the pitches of the concave and convex portions are formed at regular intervals, these dispersed forces eventually balance out, and as a result, the piezoelectric element 3 is pressed against the glass medium 1 with uniform pressure. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to create a processing area that approximates the element shape, and as shown in FIG. 4, it is possible to pressurize and bond uniformly without leaving any blanks near the end faces of the element shape. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a state in which the thermosetting resin 2 is spread on the surface of the piezoelectric element 3.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention eliminates variations in film thickness when attempting to obtain a constant film thickness by stretching a bonding adhesive between a piezoelectric element and a glass medium using an ultrasonic delay line and applying pressure. This is an effective method when some kind of uniform pressurization method is required due to inconvenience caused by the process, and it is possible to achieve the effect of uniform processing with less variation in film thickness dimension.
