BACKGROUND ART A wooden soundproof floor has been conventionally provided in which an elastic plate such as rubber is laminated and adhered between a base material and a surface material. There is a problem that the bonding work requires two steps, such as bonding the elastic plate and further bonding the surface material to the upper surface of the elastic plate, which increases the number of steps. Also, in order to create a space where the elastic plate can elastically deform and at the same time create a space for absorbing sound between the base material and the surface material, the elastic plate is made into a piece shape and a plurality of elastic plates are used as the base material. It is made to adhere between the surface material and the surface material so that a space is formed between the base material and the surface material between the adjacent elastic plates by the thickness of the elastic material. There is a problem that the number of steps is further increased because the elastic plate needs to be bonded. Furthermore, when the base material and the surface material of the soundproof floor are made of wood material, when the elastic plate is adhered as described above, the foreign material such as rubber is adhered to the wood material, so that the adhesion becomes unstable. There is also the problem of becoming.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION However, in the soundproof floor according to the present invention, a plurality of elastic bodies 4 made of an adhesive 3 having elasticity are bonded and interposed between the upper surface of the base material 1 and the lower surface of the surface material 2. A space 5 is formed between the elastic bodies 4 between the base material 1 and the surface material 2 with the thickness of the elastic body 4, and the soundproof floor manufacturing method according to the present invention is A plurality of paste-like adhesives 3 having elasticity are applied to the upper surface of the base material 1 in a state where adjacent ones are separated from each other, and then the surface material 2 is superposed on the upper surface of the base material 1 via the adhesives 3. To bond the base material 1 and the surface material 2 with the elastic material 4 by the adhesive 3 and to form a space between the base material 1 and the surface material 2 between the adjacent elastic materials 4 with the thickness of the elastic material 4. It is characterized by. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples.

The base material 1 is made of wood such as plywood having a thickness of about 5.5 mm, and the adhesive 3 is applied to the upper surface of the base material 1. The adhesive 3 is made of an elastic material such as silicone rubber, urethane rubber or natural rubber.
A liquid-curable type, a thermosetting type, or the like prepared in a paste form is used. A plurality of adhesives 3 are applied to an arbitrary portion of the upper surface of the base material 1. The application can be done using a single gun or multiple guns.
It is desirable to use a gun 9 having a plurality of ejection openings 8 as shown in FIG. 7A so that the adhesive 3 can be applied to a plurality of bodies only by moving the substrate 1. By changing the control method of the gun 9, the application shape of the adhesive 3 can be arbitrarily changed, for example, a strip shape as shown in FIG.
It can be easily set to an intermittent strip shape such as, a dot shape like (c), a wavy shape like (d), an oblique band shape like (e), and a stepped intermittent band shape like (f). The width of the adhesive 3 is about 10 mm, the gap is about 20 mm, and the thickness is 1 m.
It can be set to about m. Paste adhesive 3
Has a high viscosity, it does not flow easily and can be applied relatively thickly.

After the adhesive 3 is applied to the upper surface of the base material 1 in this manner, the surface material 2 is superposed thereon and pressed as shown in FIG. 2B. As the surface material 2, for example, a wood material in which a natural veneer having a thickness of 0.5 mm is bonded to the upper surface of a plywood having a thickness of 5.5 mm is used. Then, the adhesive 3 is cured by any means such as heating or cooling, and the surface material 2 is adhered to the base material 1. When the adhesive 3 is cured, it becomes an elastic body 4 having elasticity, and the base material 1 and the surface material 2 are bonded and integrated via the elastic body 4. At this time, since there is a space between the elastic bodies 4, the base material 1 and the surface material 2 are provided between the adjacent elastic bodies 4.
A space 5 is formed between and by the thickness of the elastic body 4. A spacer is partially sandwiched between the base material 1 and the surface material 2 and regulated so that the adhesive 3 is not crushed and the space 5 is not formed when the surface material 2 is bonded to the base material 1. It is better to do so or to regulate by the clearance of the press. A cushion material 10 such as foamed resin or rubber is adhered to the lower surface of the base material 1 if necessary.

As described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the base material 1 and the surface material 2 are bonded to each other by the elastic body 4 by the adhesive 3, and the space between the base material 1 and the surface material 2 is provided between the adjacent elastic bodies 4. It is possible to obtain a soundproof floor A in which a space is formed by the thickness of the elastic body 4, and in this case, the cushioning action of the elastic body 4 and the space 5 are provided.
The sound-absorbing effect of the above makes it possible to obtain high soundproofing performance. Further, in the case of manufacturing the soundproof floor A, it is possible to easily carry out the production by simply applying an adhesive to the base material and bonding the surface material without using an elastic plate as in the conventional case. Since it is not necessary to use a different material, reliable bonding can be performed without being affected by the surface roughness of the material and the pressure unevenness.
