Abstract

PURPOSE:To impart a refined weighty sensation and an elaborately designed unevenness sensation by applying Japanese lacquer on the surface to be coated and while still wet, coating egg-albumen in a foamy state and then drying. CONSTITUTION:Prescribed Japanese lacquer work is performed on the surface 2 of wood to be coated such as horse chestnut and Magnolia hypoleuca which are formed into a prescribed shape. Then topcoating Japanese lacquer obtained by mixing cinnabarine Japanese lacquer with required color is applied thereon, and foams of egg albumen are coated further thereon while this topcoating Japanese lacquer is wet. In case the foams are uniformly applied, the topcoating Japanese lacquer and egg albumen are combined, and thereby a refined dyestuff compd. 1 is formed on the surface 2 to be coated, and also the outlines 3 of the foams become annular protruding parts having diameter not more than about 5mm, and are integrated on the surface of the compd. 1 to a degree sensible by touching. After curing the compd. 1 and outlines 3 by drying, transparent crude Japanese lacquer is coated and wiped off with cloth or the like and polish finish is performed.

[Prior Art] Lacquer has been prized as a wood coating in China and Japan since ancient times, and recently it is mainly used for arts and crafts because it is produced in extremely small quantities and is expensive.

そして漆塗膜は硬さ・付着性・光沢に優れている。The lacquer coating has excellent hardness, adhesion, and gloss.

従来、漆塗においては種々の塗が知られている。Conventionally, various types of lacquer coating have been known.

For example, Tsugaru lacquer is made by mixing lead white and water with the intermediate coating method, and then applying dots with a sponge, rubber sponge, etc. to create unevenness on the polished surface of the intermediate coating. After drying, apply 5 to 6 times. After the layered lacquer has dried, it is polished to the extent that the lacquer of each color can be polished.Hori-urushi is a mold that is coated with lacquer several times and a pattern is engraved on it, and Kamakura-nuri is a lacquer that is carved onto an uneven base. Dry the moisture from the rust polisher, thoroughly mix persimmon tannin and oil smoke, apply it to the entire surface with a brush, dry, then apply lacquer rust mixed with sand powder and raw lacquer to the grain of the wood and fill it in. After drying, black lacquer and vermilion lacquer are applied. By applying layers of lacquer as appropriate, the layer of lacquer that has been overlaid is ground and torn, and the underlying lacquer of other colors is rubbed off, creating a varied lacquer surface. Tsuishu is made by applying the final layer of lacquer over and over again until it reaches 100 times, and carving out landscapes, flowers, birds, nine figures, etc. into the lacquer layer.

[Point H while the invention is trying to solve it] As described above, various manufacturing methods for lacquer coating are well known, and although all of these methods have excellent gloss, they have a dull color tone. Further, in conventional lacquered products, the surface is smooth and there is a point E between which the surface becomes monotonous.

In the first to seventh stages, a predetermined lacquer coating is applied to cover up the wood grain and form a base layer. In the 8th and 9th steps, a topcoat containing vermilion lacquer and a desired pigment, for example yellow, is applied, and before the topcoat dries, egg white foam is applied, and the foam is evenly distributed, as shown in the figure. As shown, the overcoatability and the egg white are combined, and the astringent red pigment compound 1 is deposited on the coated surface 2 formed in the first to eighth steps. The contour 3 of the bubble is an annular convex portion having a diameter of about 5 cm or less, and is formed integrally with the surface of the compound 1 to the extent that it can be felt by touch.

These Compound 1 and Outline 3 are first hardened as they dry, then washed with water in the 10th and 11th steps, and then coated with transparent raw lacquer and wiped with a cloth etc. to give them a glossy finish. As a result, the astringent red pigment compound 1 is deposited on the surface of the coated surface 2, and a slightly raised outline 3 of the red and black pigment can be provided on the surface of the compound 1.

As mentioned above, in order to form a deep layer through the second to eighth processes on wood such as Japanese oak and oak, it eliminates the causes of cracks, wrinkles, and distortions caused by changes in temperature and humidity, and has been used for decades. It is possible to provide high-quality lacquered products without causing dimensional deviations even when using lacquered products.

Furthermore, by applying egg white as a surface treatment before the topcoat dries, as in steps 9 to 11, a chemical change occurs between the topcoat and the egg white, resulting in a deep, astringent color. .

In addition, since the tools and the like used in conventional manufacturing methods can be used as they are, it can be widely implemented.

次に本発明の第2実施例の製造工程を説明する。Next, the manufacturing process of the second embodiment of the present invention will be explained.

In the third step, a topcoat with a predetermined color is applied, and in the fourth step, egg white foam is applied, whereby the topcoat and egg white undergo a chemical change, creating a bitter color tone. At the same time, the annular pattern can be provided densely.

4. As mentioned above, apply persimmon tannin to the base wood, fill in the end of the wood, form the surface to be coated, and then apply egg white foam to give the whole piece a bitter tone and make the outline of the foam stand out a little. A large number of them can be closely arranged in a ring-shaped pattern.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments,
For example, the surface to be coated may be not only wood, but also metal such as steel, synthetic resin, etc., areas to be coated may be formed in appropriate places on the surface to be coated, and the top coating method may be other than vermilion. Various modifications are possible, such as a desired color may be used, and egg whites other than chicken eggs may be used.
