。(Prior Art) Conventionally, iron-based or aluminum-based materials have been used for fixed scrolls and orbiting scrolls of scroll compressors. This is because a high-precision scroll is required to use it as a compression mechanism, making it unsuitable for 5-flea production. Additionally, using metal for the orbiting scroll increased centrifugal force, which led to an increase in input power. Scroll compressors also have the characteristic of being able to operate at high speeds due to the small turning radius of the scroll.
Metal bearings have a large bearing load, and in order to achieve high-speed operation, it was necessary to reinforce the bearings using roller bearings or the like.

No. 1) has good initial properties of 18 at room temperature and pressure, but burns out when operated for a long time in high temperature (150°C or higher) oil or high pressure (20 atm or higher) refrigerant (for example, Freon R-12 manufactured by DuPont). Elution of low-molecular components from the fat composition and a decrease in mechanical strength (for example, impact strength and bending strength) were observed. Furthermore, considering the coefficient of linear expansion of resins and oxides, even for materials that have approximately the same value as aluminum and carbon, consideration has been given to the limit PV value of 17 mm due to sliding between parts, high load or high speed operation. I couldn't drive at high speed.

ることを目的とする。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has the drawbacks that in the prior art, metal was used for the scroll, and even when plastic was used, wear resistance and limit PV value were not considered. It was made in consideration of these points, and is made of plastic that is lightweight, highly durable, has excellent heat resistance and refrigerant resistance, has low abrasion and has a high limit PV value, and has a coefficient of thermal expansion equivalent to that of iron. The purpose is to provide a scroll compressor using scrolling.

As the rotor 8 rotates, the main shaft 3 begins to rotate, and the orbiting scroll 4 begins to orbit. The refrigerant that has entered the compressor groove through the suction pipe 7 is compressed and discharged into the closed container 1 through the central opening 5C of the fixed scroll 5, and is then discharged into the airtight container 1 through the discharge pipe 10.
It is discharged into the closed container 1 and exits from the closed container 1 through the discharge pipe 10. Lubricating oil stored at the bottom of the closed container 1 is pumped up by a centrifugal pump in the main shaft 2 and lubricates the sliding surface of the compression 'R@ section.

Furthermore, if plastic is used, at least for the orbiting scroll, the centrifugal force will be smaller compared to steel, thereby achieving input reduction and improving performance. It also becomes easier to rotate at high speeds. Furthermore, since plastic molding is possible, high-precision scrolls can be produced in large quantities.
