Description
第１図ないし第４図は本考案の一実施例による
タンデイツシユの地金等付着物を除去する整備装
置を説明するためのもので、第１図はその正面図
、第２図はその平面図、第３図はその左側面図、
第４図はその動作を説明するための断面図、第５
図は従来の地金除去方法を説明するための図であ
る。 図において、１はタンデイツシユ（溶鋼用容器
）、４はノズル煉瓦（溶鋼口部材）、５は地金（
付着物）、１３は押圧装置（押圧手段）、２３は
反転装置（回転手段）である。
タンデイツシユの地金等付着物を除去する整備装
置を説明するためのもので、第１図はその正面図
、第２図はその平面図、第３図はその左側面図、
第４図はその動作を説明するための断面図、第５
図は従来の地金除去方法を説明するための図であ
る。 図において、１はタンデイツシユ（溶鋼用容器
）、４はノズル煉瓦（溶鋼口部材）、５は地金（
付着物）、１３は押圧装置（押圧手段）、２３は
反転装置（回転手段）である。
Claims (1)
- 上部が開口し、内面が耐火材で内張りされてな
り、内部に収容した溶鋼を底部に形成された溶鋼
口部材の溶鋼ノズルから流下させる溶鋼用容器内
の、上記耐火材表面に付着した付着物を剥離除去
するとともに、溶鋼口部材を解体除去するための
整備装置であつて、上記溶鋼用容器をこれの開口
が水平より下方を向くように回転させる回転手段
と、該容器の溶鋼口部材を上記開口方向に押圧す
る押圧手段とを備えたことを特徴とする溶鋼用容
器の整備装置。
