炊飯Ａとの接触面積が炊飯量に比して大であり、
伝導熱により底部にこびりついてパリパリになる

以下本考案の炊飯器鍋を実施の例示図に基いて
説明する。第２図ａにおいて、１１は炊飯器鍋、
１２は炊飯器鍋１１の内蓋、１３は炊飯器鍋１１
を収容する外装ケース、１４は外装ケース１３の
外蓋、１５は外蓋１４の止め金、１６は外装ケー
ス１３の底部に配置した火力調節可能のバーナで

２図ｂに示すように、バーナ１６の火力を絞つて
前記凹部１１ａ内で炊飯Ａが、恰も大量炊飯時と
