る共に、熱ロスも少なくできる様にしたものである。

すと従来における周辺部Bでの特性線b′との比較から
分る様に、本実施例における鍋16周辺部の温度は、従
来のそれよりも若干低いが略近似している。而して、本
実施例によれば、鍋16中央部Aと周辺部Bとの温度差
が従来に比して小となり、しかも、その全体的温度も高
くなる。斯かる温度特性を得ることができた理由は、鍋
16の底壁の周縁に円弧壁部16aを形成し、この円弧
壁部16aの下方にヒータ18を配置する構成としたこ
とでヒータ18自体を径大にすると共にヒータ18がこ
の円弧壁部16aに輻射熱を照射すること、又、円弧壁
部16aの周壁側の部位を内ケース13の円弧状段部1
3aと全周にて接する様にしたので、空間部17を広域
化できること及びこの空間部17がその円弧壁部16a
部分でせりあがる形状となることの相乗作用により、鍋
16に対する下方からの加熱作用が均一化すると共にヒ
〜り18からの熱が過不足なく鍋16の周壁に作用する
からと考えられる。この結果、炊飯温度が鍋16の内部
において略均−となり、炊飯むらかなくしかもふっくら
とした御飯を炊き上げることができ、又、熱ロスも少な
くその分炊飯温度の立上がりも速く、よって炊飯時間の
短縮化にも大いに寄Iテてきる。

具備して成るものであり、これにて、炊飯むらがなくし
かもふっくらとした御飯を炊き上げることができ、さら
に熱ロスも少なくてきて炊飯時間の短縮化及び消費電力
の低減化′:9に寄Ijできるという優れた効果を奏す
る。
