ストパツド内に、該パツドの下辺の１側から該パ
ツドの一方の側辺を経て上辺に至り、更に他方の
側辺を経て下辺の他側に至る一連のヘツドレスト
フレームが配置され、該フレームの両端はステー
に連続されているとともに、前記ヘツドレストパ
ツドの全周面に密着、一体化されたカバーは、ド
ーナツ状の袋形に成形されており、その下辺部下
面に、前記ヘツドレストフレームの各端を挿通さ
せた二つの挿通孔と、ヘツドレストパツドの成形
素材の充填孔とのみを開口されており、該各挿通
孔の広さと、カバー各部の寸法は、ヘツドレスト
フレームを、その一端から、前記挿通孔の一方を
通してカバー内へ挿入し、該一端をカバーの他方
の挿通孔から引き出すことにより、カバー内全体
に亘つてヘツドレストフレームを配置しうる広さ
と寸法とに選定されているシートのヘツドレスト
