多数の接触子を保持し、前後に２つ割に分解可
能とした接触子保持体と、前端部を除く他の周縁
部を互いに内向折曲し、その内向折曲したもの同
士を互いに突き合わせて重ね合せ、かつ、その重
ね合せたとき、前端部に前記接触子保持体を挾持
し、後端部にシールドケーブルが挿通される上下
２つ割のシールドケースと、該シールドケースの
後端の内向折曲部分に挾持されて、シールドケー
スとシールドケーブルのシールド網との電気的接
続を仲介するケーブルブツシングと、該シールド
ケースのシールドケーブル側から挿入されて、シ
ールドケースの外側に嵌合される内腔を有し、し
かも、後端部にシールドケーブルが挿通され、そ
のケーブル挿通孔の中に、ケーブルに噛みつく突
起が突設され、さらに、軸線方向に割溝が切設さ
れたねじ付きブツシユを後方に向けて突設した絶
縁カバーと、該絶縁カバーのねじ付きブツシユに
テーパ付雌ねじを螺合して、ケーブルと絶縁カバ
ーを固定する締付けナツトを備えてなるシールド
