The fan mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the spring member is composed of a coil spring and is inserted into the fitting cylinder portion in a compressed state. 3. The fan mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the tip of the rotating shaft is formed to have a smaller diameter than other parts.
