A heating plate, 3 is a heater arranged on the back side of the heating plate 2, 4 is a back member attached to the back side of the frame member 1, and 5 is a heater 3 supported by the back member 4 on the back side of the heating plate 2. The elastically contacting heater pressing spring 6 is a substantially semicircular cover made of glass or transparent resin, and the entire lower end thereof is connected to the recess 7 of the frame member 1.
It is detachably provided so as to come into contact with the. 8
9 is an inner convex portion of the frame member 1, and 9 is an outer convex portion forming a recess 7.

The distance from the center to the end of the recess 7, c is the difference in height between the inner protrusion 8 and outer protrusion 9 of the frame member 1, and d is the height of the inner protrusion 8 of the frame member 1 and the heating plate 2. The dimensional relationship is a>b and c>d.
以下、上記構成による作用を説明する。 The effects of the above configuration will be explained below.

At this time, the presence of the cover 6 makes it difficult for steam and heat to escape from the surface of the food, which reduces deterioration of the food surface and allows for very efficient heat retention and heating.

However, since this dew accumulates in the recess 7, it does not enter the gap between the heating plate 2 and the frame member 1, causing unsanitary conditions or adversely affecting the power supply section.

Since b, c>d, the frame member 1 of the cover 6
It is supported by point A of the inner convex portion 8 and point B of the outer convex portion 9 . Since there is a step c between points A and B, the cover 6 is tilted, and a gap e is created between the heating plate 2 and the cover 6 at point D, so that the lower end does not touch the heating plate.

熱損失の少ない加熱ができることとなる。 Furthermore, even when heating or keeping warm by placing a pot or the like without using the cover 6, since the surface of the heating plate 2 is higher than the upper end of the frame member 1, it is difficult to place a pot larger than the heating plate 2. Even if the bottom of the pot is in contact with the surface of the heating plate 3, heating can be performed with less heat loss.
