Abstract

PURPOSE:To form uniform unique pattern by a method wherein split web is arranged in at least one space of the spaces between a synthetic resin parison, which is melt-extruded from a die, and open molds and, after that, the molds are closed or, in addition, the parison is inflated by air-blowing so as to give the pattern of the split web onto the surface of the parison. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical molten parison 2 is extruded from a die 1 in between open molds 3 and 3. Split webs 5, which are fed by means of rolls 4..., are respectively arranged between the molds 3 and 3 are closed, the prison 2 and the split webs 5 are pinched by the molds 3 and 3 and the parison 2. Next, when the molds 3 and 3 are closed, the parison 2 and the split webs 5 are pinched by the molds 3 and 3. In this case, the split webs 5 in the molds 3 and 3 contact all over their surfaces with the parison 2, resulting in turning fluid by being heated with the heat held by the parison 2. Further, when the air is blown in the parison 2, the parison 2 expands so as to fill up a cavity in order to press the split webs 5 in fluid state against the inner surfaces of the molds 3 and 3 and consequently to integrally join the split webs 5 onto the outer surface of the parison. By opening the molds 3 and 3 after the cooling and solidification of the parison, a hollow molded item, on the surface of which unique pattern developed by the split webs is given, is obtained. The required quality of material of the split web 5 is a fluidization temperature which is equal to or lower than the fluidization temperature of the parison.

(Prior Art) Cosmetic containers, musical instrument cases, automobile armrests, glow box lids, and the like, which are made by hollow molding of synthetic resin, need to have a beautiful appearance. Therefore, a conventional method has been used in which a mold is textured and the texture is transferred to the product during blow molding.

However, in the case of blow molding, low-pressure air melts or presses the parison against the inner surface of the mold, so the grain shape may vary due to differences in product wall thickness, blowing, or air release conditions on the inside of the mold. There are parts where the grain appears clearly and parts where it does not appear, resulting in an uneven texture.

The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and its gist is that a defibrated web is placed between at least one of a synthetic resin parison melt-extruded from a die and an opened mold. , a method for producing a patterned synthetic resin hollow molded article, in which the pattern of the defibrated web is imparted to the surface of the parison during the mold clamping process or the process of expanding the parison by air blowing.

The mark @1 in the figure is a die. From the die 1, a molten cylindrical parison 2 is extruded between two molds 3.3. Moreover, between the molds 3, 3 and the parison 2, @ju webs 5 sent by rolls 4, . . . are arranged, respectively.

Then, when the mold 3.3 is clamped, the parison 2 and the defibrated web 5 are clamped in the mold 3.3, as shown in FIG. At this time, the defibrated webs 5 of the molds 4, 4 are entirely in contact with the parison 2, and are elevated and depleted by the heat market held by the parison 2, and become fluid. However, even if some portions do not come into contact with each other, the parison 3 is expanded by air blowing from the nozzle 6, and in this process, the entire defibrated web comes into contact with the parison 3 and becomes fluid. Further, when air blowing is carried out, the parison 3 expands to form a cavity as shown in FIG. 3, and the fluid defibrated web 5 is pressed against the inner surface of the mold and is integrally attached to the outer surface of the parison. When this is cooled and solidified and molded into molds 3 and 3, 1q of hollow molded products with a unique pattern created by the defibrated web on the surface are obtained.

As explained above, the lit web 5 is heated and fluidized by the heat held by the parison, so the fibrillated web 5
The material must have a fluidization temperature equal to or lower than that of the parison. In particular, when a thin-walled blow molded product is required, a thin parison is used, and because it retains less heat, the fluidization temperature is considerably lower than the material of the parison. Defibration/queve must be used.

Furthermore, by arranging the fu-fu web only between one side of the parison and the mold, it is possible to impart a pattern to only one side.

Furthermore, the pattern can be changed by appropriately selecting the coarseness of the fibrillated web used or the thickness of the single fibers.
In addition, by changing the colors of the parison and JMr. Quaeb, the contrast between them becomes clearer, the pattern becomes clearer, and products with different visual sensations can be obtained. There is expected.
