態で貯留する複数の貯液槽と、 基端側が上記各貯液槽に接続され、先端側が合
流するよう互いに接続され、重力によつて貯液槽
から流れ込む薬液の流量が予め設定された配管と
からなり、 上記少なくとも１つの貯液槽に接続された配管
は、１本毎に上記薬液の流量が設定された複数本
の配管より構成されていることを特徴とする薬液
