本考案は、電気機器の操作パネルにスライドボ
リユームなどのスライド型操作部品を取り付ける

口に防塵布の切れ目を合わせて中央にくるように
貼り付ける作業がし難く手間がかかつていた。

ようにし、電気機器内部およびスライド型操作部
品内部への良好な防塵効果を簡単に得ることので
きる防塵取付構造の提供を目的とするものであ

り付ける防塵構造において、防塵布5の中央部に

切り抜いて窓部8を形成し、長手方向の中央線に
沿つて窓部の両側が当接する位置まで山形に折り
曲げた状態で、防塵布の周辺部を操作パネル1裏
面に貼り付け、防塵布中央で山形に向き合う折返
し片10の間にスライド型操作部品2の操作軸3
を挿入し、操作パネル表面で操作軸3に操作つま
み11を取り付けるようにしてなることを特徴と
している。

おり、その中央部が長手方向に線状に切断されて
切れ目7を形成し、この切れ目7の両端を切り抜
いて窓部8を形成し、長手方向の中央線に沿つて
窓部8の両端が当接する位置まで山形に折り曲げ
て、防塵布5の周辺部を操作パネル1裏面の接着
部6に貼り付け、防塵布中央で山形に向き合う折
返し片10の間にスライド型操作部品2の操作軸
3を挿入するようになつている。このように操作
軸3は、第3図および第4図に示すように、防塵
布5と操作パネル1の開口4を裏から表へ通り抜
けて、操作パネル1の裏側から取り付けられ、操
作パネル表側から操作軸3の先端に操作つまみ1

ライド型操作部品内部への塵埃の侵入を防ぎ良好
な防塵効果を得ることができる。またパネル開
口、防塵布、操作軸の相互間の中心位置関係が多
少ずれても、防塵布の折返し片によつて位置ずれ
が吸収でき、塵埃の侵入を防止して防塵効果を保
つことができる。さらに平面状の防塵布を山形に
折り返す際、両端窓部を閉じ合わせて空間が無く
なる状態に揃えると、平板状の防塵布から立板的
に少し複雑な形状であつても、容易にほぼ同じ構
造の防塵布を得ることができるなどの効果があ
る。
