の改良に関するものである。

が高いことが望まれており、そのため従来の動力
散布機では気化器吸気胴の内径を拡大することで
出力の向上をはかつてきたが、この方法だと低速
時に燃料吸い出しに十分な吸気負圧が得られない
ため、スロツトル全開状態での再始動性及びアイ
ドリングからの加速性が悪くなるという問題があ
つた。

うにしたものもあるが、エンジンの出力を作業内
容に応じて微調整することができない為に用途が
著しく限定されてしまうという問題があつた。

器吸気胴内に加圧空気を強制的に送り込むように
して、加速性及び再始動性を悪化させることなく
かえつて向上させながら出力の向上を実現し得る
と共に作業内容に応じて出力を微少調整できるよ
うにした動力散布機を提供せんとするものである
が、以下第1図に示した一実施例に基づきこれを
説明すれば、1は原動機である内燃機関、2は内
燃機関1の気化器、3は内燃機関1に固定され且
つ空気吹き出し口3aを有するフアンケース、4
はフアンケース3内で回転し得るようにして内燃
機関1の出力軸に固着されたフアン、5はフアン
ケース3内(高圧発生部)と気化器2の吸気胴入
口とを連通させるためのダクト、6はフアンケー
ス3の頂部に設けられていて農薬等を一時溜め且
つフアンケース3内に供給する容器である。7は
ダクト5の途中に枢着されたバタフライ式の空気
量調整板、8は一端が気化器2内部のピストン式
のスロツトルバルブ(図示されていない)に他端
が図示しないスロツトル操作ノブ等に夫々接続さ
れたワイヤ、9はワイヤ8の途中に設けられたタ
ーミナル、10は一端が空気量調整板7の作動レ
バー(図示されていない)に他端がターミナル9
に夫々接続されたワイヤであつて、空気量調整板
7はスロツトル操作時スロツトルバルブと連動し
て開閉せしめられるようになつていると共に、タ
ーミナル9におけるリンケージを調整することに
よりスロツトル開度に対して開閉時期を自由に調
整することが出来るようになつている。尚、空気
量調整板7が全閉位置にあつても、内燃機関1の
始動及びアイドリングに必要な最小開度は保持さ
れるものとする。

する。そして、この場合、気化器吸気胴の内径は
何ら拡大してはいないので、低速時においても燃
料吸出しに充分な負圧が得られ、それ故スロツト
ル全開状態での再始動性及びアイドリングからの
加速性が悪化することも無い。かえつて、過給化
したことによりメインジエツトが大きくなるの
で、上記再始動性及び加速性は一層向上する。更
にこの実施例によれば、空気量調整板7によつて
過給作用の開始時期を自由に調整することが出来
るので、出力域と燃費向上域とを設けることが出
来る。又、散布すべき薬品等が粉状の場合は遠く
へ散布する必要があるから大きな出力が要求され
るが、水に溶解した液状の場合は近くに散布でき
るからその程大きな出力が要求されない。この出
力の大きさの調整をスロツトルバルブの開閉のみ
によつて行なおうとすると、フアンケース3内で
加圧された空気が吸気胴内に送り込まれている関
係上出力の変動が大きくなつてしまい、微少調整
が困難である。従つて、空気量調整板7の採用に
よつて、それ程大きな出力が要求されない場合等
には加圧空気の吸気胴内への流入を制御して内燃
機関の回転数の変動を小さくする等して、出力の
微少調整を行うことができる。
