Conventionally, the formwork used in the sash tip construction method consists of a single formwork for the opening between the interior and exterior walls of the building frame, and the opening frame is placed around the outer periphery of the formwork.
It is difficult to remove the formwork from the opening in the hardened concrete, and the formwork is deformed, or in the case of wooden formwork, it is completely destroyed and removed. In the case of frames, extensive repairs are required at one site only. Another disadvantage is that the concrete is easily damaged when the formwork is removed, and a great deal of time is consumed in removing the formwork.

In order to solve this problem with formwork in the sash tip construction method, the concrete formwork used for the opening is divided by vertical or horizontal partition planes in the direction of projection, making it easy to dismantle the formwork. It is easy to transport,
It has the feature that it can be used flexibly for windows of various sizes.

Although these divided formworks can be divided into smaller pieces and transported, they require more time and effort to manage due to the large number of parts, and require a considerable amount of time to assemble.
In addition, the openings are symmetrical and the concrete formwork is often symmetrical, allowing for flexibility in assembly. However, if the left and right sides are inserted incorrectly, the accuracy of the bolt hole machining position will be poor. It is difficult to assemble, and if the formwork is not accurate, there is a problem that if the left and right sides are inserted incorrectly, the assembled formwork will not be accurate and the opening will not be finished accurately.

This invention solves the problems of the divided formwork in the above-mentioned sash tip construction method, and makes it easy to assemble the formwork, and the concrete formwork does not scatter even after demolding, and the demolding work is divided into parts. The aim is to provide something equivalent to concrete formwork.

As shown in FIG. 9, when the external formwork 3 is assembled into the concrete formwork, the bolt holes 32 and 33 used to connect the arm 41 and the supporting members 43 and 43', respectively, are disassembled and retracted to form the arm 41. As shown in FIG. 10, elongated holes 56 and 57 are provided between the bolt holes 52 and 53 in which the support members 43 and 43' are fastened, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 11, which is an enlarged view of FIG. 10, the bracket 34 has an elongated hole 58 connecting the bolt hole 50 in FIG.
are provided in the horizontal direction, and a long hole 59 is provided in the vertical support rod 35 along the vertical support rod to connect the bolt hole 51 shown in FIG. 7 and the bolt hole into which the bolt nut 36 is inserted. The vertical support rod 35 is fixed to the lower formwork 3-2 via the bracket 34 by inserting one end of each of the elongated holes 58 and 59 and using bolts and nuts 36. This fastening method is the same for the other end of the vertical support rod 35 and both ends of the horizontal support rod 37. The vertical support rod 35 and the horizontal support rod 37 are rigidly welded in a cross shape.

In this embodiment, bolts and nuts are not removed during demolding and mold assembly. In FIG. 10, loosen the bolts and nuts 36, 45. And vertical and horizontal support rod 35,3
7 in the outward direction, the bolt nut 36 slides through the elongated hole 58. Then, when the upper formwork 3-1, the lower formwork 3-2, and the vertical formworks 3-3 and 3-4 are moved inward, the bolt nuts 36 slide inside the elongated holes 59,
The supporting members 43 and 43' are guided by the bolts and nuts 45, and the elongated holes 57 slide into the respective formworks,
It will look like Figure 12. And corner formwork 3-1
When 3, 3-14, 3-23, and 3-24 are removed from the mold and moved toward the center of the inside of the mold, the arm 41 slides through the long hole 56 using the bolt nut 45 as a guide, as shown in FIG. That is, the bolt/nut 45 is in an immovable position. The bolt/nut 45 occupies a fixed position as in the previous embodiment.

As mentioned above, this idea is able to normally balance and support the pressure of poured concrete by providing a cross-shaped support rod whose end collides with the upper and lower vertical forms during assembly in a concrete form that is divided into upper, lower, and corner forms. The upper and cross-shaped support rods can be attached to and removed from the brackets fixed to the upper and lower vertical formwork at the ends, and the brackets of the upper and lower vertical formworks can be attached to and removed from two positions, so when removing the formwork and assembling it. Vertical and horizontal supports are used again. An arm is installed obliquely from a corner formwork and extends into the formwork, and a support member is extended from the ends of the vertical formwork to cross over and into the formwork, so that the arm and the two support members intersect at one point. Since the molds are fastened at that point, the relative positions between the formworks are accurately determined, and the concrete placement pressure applied to the corner formworks can be resisted. Even in a position where the upper and lower vertical forms are arranged in a smaller rectangular shape than when assembled and the inner peripheral surface of the corner form is placed against the outer periphery of these ends, the arm support members intersect at one point, so the bolt holes are inserted at that position. By providing and fastening the concrete formwork, the entire formwork can be fastened after dismantling the concrete formwork.
