Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 自在に三次元的に移動してその移動位置を
付属の位置測定装置に検知させるアームの先端に
取付けられる穴位置計測用プローブであつて、後
端部が前記アームの先端部に保持され、かつ先端
部に被計測穴を囲む周辺面に接触する接触片を備
えたロツドと、先端部に前記被計測穴に嵌入し得
るテーパ部分を有し、かつ前記ロツドに沿つて相
対的に変位可能に復帰ばねを介して前記ロツドに
取付けられたスライダとから成る穴位置計測用プ
ローブ。 (2) ロツド及びスライダの一方に被計測穴の穴
径計測用目盛が縦方向に付され、他方にはテーパ
部分の嵌合位置に対応する目盛を指示するポイン
タが設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の穴位置計測用プローブ。 (3) ３個所の接触片に被計測穴の周辺面への接
触を検知するタツチセンサを取付けると共に、こ
れらのセンサの全てが検知信号を発生したときに
作動する報知手段を設けた実用新案登録請求の範
