て、前記緩衝タンクの入側に三方弁を取り付けて
この三方弁から緩衝タンクをバイパスして出湯口
に至るバイパスラインを付設すると共に緩衝タン
クに該タンク内の水温を検知し、この検知した水
温が設定水温に達していないときに前記三方弁を
バイパスライン側に切り替えて瞬間湯沸器からの
温水を直接出湯口側へ供給するように構成して成
